Pre-Appointment

• Foreign Fills are not accepted - please book a Foreign Removal + New Full Sets
• ​If you have a history of allergies, please let us know upon booking your appointment. 

• New Clients; All Full Sets include a 15min consult at the time of service + a Eminent Esthetics Lash Aftercare Kit.

• Please arrive with no prior lash work including lash lift & tint.  

• When choosing your preferred look, please understand that the outcome may vary depending on each client’s natural lash fullness, state of health, & eye shape. If you have any damage or gaps this will also affect how your end result will look. We do try our best to create the look you will love.

• Please avoid any type of caffeine a couple hours before your appointment to avoid twitching/fluttering eyes.

• Avoid strip lash glue & mascara 2 days before appointment.

• Arrive at your appointment with clean eyelids/lashes. Free from creams or makeup. Lash baths are complimentary with each service. But, If there are any additional residue from strip glue, eye makeup, or extreme “crusties”, a $10 gunk cleaning fee applies on top of your service. 

• It is recommended to use the washroom before we start your appointment.

• No eating/gum chewing during your appointment. 

• Please keep all personal items including your phone with your belongings off to the side.
