RESCHEDULING / CANCELLING:

 

Appointments may be modified once before 48 hours of your appointment. Need to reschedule more than once?

a new deposit will be required.

​

 

Should you decide to modify your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, it will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Same day cancellations will forfeit your deposit & the remaining balance of the full service will be due.

*rescheduling/future appointment will not be booked if not procured.

DEPOSIT: 

​

A deposit of $40 is due upon booking. Deposit goes towards the total cost of service. Remaining balance due at time of appointment.

 

All deposits are 100% final/non-refundable. No exceptions.

LATENESS:

 

​Running behind? Please contact Betty should you predict you will be arriving late & allocate time for parking if needed.

There is a 10min grace period, after 10 mins, a late fee will be added on top of your service & your appt will be completed within your original allocated time slot.

10mins late = $10 fee

15mins late = $15 fee
 

20 mins or more behind? Your appointment will be automatically cancelled & the remaining balance of the full service will be due.

NO SHOW:

 

No shows will not be tolerated and we will respectfully no longer accept a new booking. We respect our clients time & of our own.

 

UNWELL:

 

If you are unwell/have symptoms; please be sure to contact Betty or @Eminent_Esthetics as soon you’re aware. Clients that arrive with symptoms will be kindly asked to leave & the full balance of the service applies/will be due. Please be mindful, respect the studio + Betty’s safety.

 

PAYMENT:

 

​Eminent Esthetics is currently only accepting Cash or E-transfers.

GUARANTEE:

 

​Eminent Esthetics does not offer refunds on services rendered. However, there is a guarantee on all work provided. If you have any concerns with the service you have received, please contact Betty or @Eminent_Esthetics within 2 calendar days. A complementary touchup (30mins) appointment may be issued if deemed necessary & must be booked within 4 days following your original appointment.
